Project 2 - Illustrator

I first started this project by creating a script. I was inspired by my older sister, Isabelle, as she was talling me a story about how she had recently taken up a new project of creating a star quilt. I was inspired by this as a star quilt is something usually made to honor someone in Sioux culture, and so I wanted to create a new design that would be more difficult to quilt than a star, but still have the same feeling of home that another Native American would have. I wanted to create a series of coasters with this pattern and hopefully one day actually make a quilt with the design.
